We're back from the SFBA after a moderately successful apartment hunt. We have a place to sleep and put our stuff, and whether we stay for the long term remains to be seen. But we're not on the street or anything.

Our yard sale is this Saturday and Sunday, and then after that we really ratchet up the packing. We're pulling out of here with a Budget truck on Thursday, July 3rd. Yes, this means we'll be having our anniversary on the road - probably at anami's mom's house. Which isn't very romantic, but at least we'll be having an adventure together, right?

To those of you I meant to see while I was in the Bay... Sorry. Maybe after next week. We expect to be more-or-less settled in by the 13th or 14th. Maybe those of you who wanted to see me can buy me lunch?

Between anami and I, it's probably reasonable to expect apartment pictures and a forwarding address to be posted sometime in the next week or so.

Golly, I'm going to miss our house.
